Your business will have an opportunity to be in our newsletters that go out directly to all of our subscribers and post special discounts on our local perks. The purpose of our website is to connect with the community, and we want you to have a positive experience and the best opportunity to reach the market you are targeting. We have the most affordable advertising locally. We will work with you to put together the best package to meet your needs.

Every business or non-profit that wants to reach Santa Barbara families should have an annual listing.
*2008 listing fees are based on a 1 year contract.

Basic Package / $400 year ($1.09/day)
- You will receive a listing on all applicable pages.
- The listing includes: business name, address, phone number and up to 130 word description.
- You will receive a link back to your site.
- Access to post calendar events & local perks on SBParent.com.
- Your business will be posted on our homepage for a min of 2 weeks & posted in a newsletter.
- Invitation to annual SBParent Mixer. (for listed businesses, non-profits & sponsors only)
Non-Profit Package / $200 year ($.54/day)
- Same benefits as the basic package for non-profit organizations only.
- Opportunity to post needs & volunteer opportunities on Families Giving Back & be profiled as the "Non-Profit Spotlight.
- We can post all your calendar events for an additional $175/year.
Support Package / $100 year ($.27 day)
- Same benefits as the basic package.
- This is for daycare, preschool programs, private tutors & churches only.
- Also applies to Summer camps that do not offer other programs throughout the year.
Premium Package / $450 year
This is a great package if you do not have your own website.
- Same benefits as the Basic Package.
- You will receive a link to another "personal" page that includes your logo, menu, a more detailed description and/or a schedule.
- The initial set-up fee is $100 for the personal page.
- Please send an email with the text, logos, photos that you would like on your personal page.

- If you pre-pay for 4 newsletters - you will receive 15% off (non-profits 25% off).
- If you do not have a paid listing on the site, the fee is $150 (logo only).
- Fill out online contract to submit your ad and specify which month in comments section.

Non-Profit Event Media Support Package / $150
Due to limited in-kind sponsorships, we also offer a reduced rate package to help promote your event.
PAYMENT: The fee is $150 plus tickets to event & sbparent.com postcards distributed.
- Promotion in 2 newsletters (value $250)
- Listing on the SBParent.com event calendar with your logo (value $250)
- Special event page if requested (flyer needs to be provided). (value $500)
Annual Partnerships
- We have up to 6 partnerships each year with local organizations where we collaborate to reach families in Santa Barbara County.
- Partnership can include: page sponsorship, listing with a logo, current highlights & red bar highlights, parent & business newsletter ads, and more customized to the organization.

Misc. Details:
- We can post all your CALENDAR EVENTS! If you would like us to post all of your calendar events for you, the fee is $175/year. Ask us for details.
- Payments: Businesses & Non-Profits need to pay for 12 months in advance to receive the listed package rates. Package prices are based on a one year contract.
- If you would like to have your listing split into 2 payments, there is a 10% surcharge added to your listing fee.
- If you would like to pay on a monthly basis, it is $75 per month. (This cannot be applied to the annual fee if you decide to convert.) The reason we do not encourage the monthly format is that it is not a service to the parents. Our site works because parents know they can find resources year round.
- Rates are effective January 1, 2008. Rates are subject to change without notice.
